Pretty miserable experience... The lady at the front desk has always been moody and that's ok. It was tolerable...

The icing on the cake was when Susan (the office manager I am guessing?) Told me that she was frustrated that all the patients always blame them for any issues with the pharmacy. She followed that up by telling me that I needed to find a new doctor then hung up on me.

I was then called by one of the staff a couple hours later to let me know that I would need to schedule an appt. so that I could get my prescription refilled. That would have been great if Susan had not soured my opinion of the clinic.

My family has been using this clinic for a few years... Seems to be very hit or miss. I guess it is time to find a new doctor.
