We had an apt for taking my kid's shark teeth out, they asked us not to let the kid eat or drink 8 hrs prior to apt time, 8am arrived waited until 11am, doctor (Anna) came in give 15 seconds opinion and rescheduled us 30 days later!

Most patients are Hispanic, staffs also Hispanic they give no sympathy for the patients, all they can say "first come first served "!

I m not waited for 3 hrs to have 15 second re-evaluation which we already know and expected and rescheduled!

Staffs are horrible! Specially those front desk!
Dr. Anna is the worst, she give no Sh--t whatsoever how long you waited! Either you do it or go to other office!

Well Anna, I have to go through so much trouble so I can take my day off to take my kids to this office but thanks for your precious 15 seconds! We ain't going to see you again !

Indeed the worst experience! Don't be fool by those 5 states comments, they just not what it said!
